We Know Your Home
Anything added or changed outside the original approved scope. This includes new rooms, upgraded materials, additional services, or work that wasn't included in your initial contract.
Yes on many finish items. We'll confirm what works and what doesn't before install. Some items like flooring, countertops, fixtures, and tile are usually fine. We need to verify compatibility, dimensions, and installation requirements first.
Sometimes. We'll confirm timeline impact before you approve. Small additions might not affect the schedule, but larger changes or special-order materials can add days or weeks. We'll always be upfront about timing.
We'll show photos and options first. No work starts until it's approved. If we discover water damage, mold, structural issues, or code violations, we stop, document it, and present you with repair options and pricing before proceeding.
We accept credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and checks (payable to Just Ask Home Improvement LLC). Payment is required in full before the added work begins. This ensures materials are ordered and labor is scheduled without delays.
Absolutely! Use the request form and check all the items you want to add. We'll review everything together and provide a single quote that covers all the additional work. This is often more efficient than adding items one at a time.
Each change order is treated as its own mini-agreement because it has different materials, labor, and timeline than your original project. This approach keeps everything crystal clear—you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we start.
Think of it like ordering at a restaurant: Your original project is like your main meal. If you order an appetizer or dessert later, that's a separate order with its own price. Same concept—it prevents confusion and keeps both of us protected.
