Workmanship Warranty

Our workmanship warranty is 90 days, subject to the written contract. It covers defects in our workmanship within the approved project scope. It does not automatically cover manufacturer defects, homeowner-supplied materials, unrelated damage, misuse, or new problems unrelated to our work. Warranty visits are scheduled according to availability, and additional work outside the warranty scope may incur charges.
