Bid Room - Available Projects

We evaluate bids based on multiple factors: competitive pricing, contractor qualifications and experience, availability to start, quality of references, proper licensing and insurance, and overall professionalism. The lowest bid doesn't always win - we prioritize quality and reliability.

Requirements vary by project. Most projects require a valid Ohio contractor license and general liability insurance ($1M minimum). Specialized work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) requires appropriate trade licenses. All licenses must be current and in good standing. We verify all licenses before awarding projects.

We typically review and respond to all bids within 3-5 business days of the bid deadline. If your bid is selected, we'll contact you immediately to schedule a meeting and finalize contract details. All bidders will be notified of the outcome.

Yes! You can submit bids for as many projects as you're qualified and available for. Simply submit a separate bid form for each project you're interested in. We encourage contractors to bid on multiple projects to increase opportunities.

Payment terms are negotiable and discussed before contract signing. Typical arrangements include: deposit upon contract signing (25-30%), progress payments at milestone completions, and final payment upon project completion and inspection. Net 15-30 day terms for invoices.

It depends on the project and your bid structure. Some projects are material-inclusive (you purchase and provide all materials), while others are labor-only (we provide materials). This is specified in each project listing. Include material costs clearly in your bid breakdown.
